Ahh... Holidays... The time of the year where you should find yourself laying in front of the TV 10 hours a day and moving from the bed to the couch and back to bed... But noooo! I can't do that!

Since I'm technically a tutor at the University, I have to go to work until everyone has finished with their exams... (I should probably check to see when that is though...) Not that I mind much... They've been working on the electricity at our home for the past few days, which means NO computer, NO TV... not even a microwave or a toaster! If it was summer I'd've lazed about by the pool or something, now I find myself reading my mangas(I actually bought one Saturday called REMOTE! I have to admit... I've started gaining a small margin of respect for mystery stories because of my CSI addiction... Maybe I'll buy a novel or something... Hmmm... Anyway... I thought the storyline was kinda cool, I think I'll try and get 'thegretel' to come with me this weekend, if she can find the time, so I can buy book 2 and 3 I think she'll like the shop, plus one of my friends works there

Also, I've been sketching... I've decided, drawing from my own imagination isn't good enough anymore so I've looked at a few photographs as reference to try and add more realism to my sketches... not that I think they've helped much... now the proportions are just all wrong! Unfortunately for me it seems that our internet refuses to upload files for the time being, which means no sending my CV to that job opportunity and no uploading any pics onto DevArt! I'll try and upload those three old ones from the university tomorrow

Aaaanyway... The temp-head of the department(Till next year since Prof Corina has taken a leave of absence for the rest of the bloody year! She'll be missed!!! Really, she's a nice lady ) assigned me as tutor for another subject which I don't know too much about(Note I say too much, since I did take the subject myself... I'm just not an expert at it, which means I'll have to look things up!! The horror!), at least I don't have to attend the practicals like the assistant lecturers do If I had to I'd have asked for a raise or something They get paid a lot more than I do I kindly accepted her request... I just can't say no, can I? I mean where else will they find someone for the job? And besides, it's not like I'll have too much work on my hands with 1st and 2nd year VB.Net... I'm a bit worried that they'll come to me for help with their 2nd and 3rd year projects tho... that might swamp me a little if they show up in droves...

Oookay... also, I've started pouring my creative turmoil into a zombie story, which nobody will ever see!!!!! Except maybe my brother since he usually finds ways to break into my computer and steal everything I own! (He apparently likes my fiction, but I shall not share it with you!)

So yeah... that's all I'm doing this holiday... I should go to the gym... but yesterday I forgot my gym-clothes at home... and today I forgot I was going to the gym and you know you can't exercise right after you ate, right? Right?! F*** I know I'm just making excuses, but I hate the gym! Still, I pay enough as it is, I should use it... But I don't even have a significant other!!!!! Why the hell do I care how fit I am?!!!!
